The ultra-spicy hot sauce market is flooded with offerings that are battling for the highest Scoville number yet are lacking in flavour. This lineup of hot sauces is made with some of the spiciest home-grown peppers in the world combined with ingredients and techniques that compliment each pepper's unique flavour profiles. The lineup includes Pineapple Gunpowder; a sweet, smoky and spicy hot sauce made with caramelized pineapples and Peaches n’ Scream; a tangy, zesty and punchy heat made with local peaches and ginger.

Two flavours of hot sauces made with the same base of Lacto-fermented, home-grown peppers each with distinct flavour profiles and unique characteristics.
